I have 11 weeks left until Summit and 11 weeks left to get as close to my goal of losing 38lbs, so far the journey has been AMAZING, I can see my body changing before my eyes in the last 4 weeks that I have been doing CLE and since adding HHA 2 weeks ago I can definitely see my abs getting firmer and I can see more definition in my abs and my whole body. Tomorrow starts the PUSH phase of CLE, gonna push even harder and bring it even harder each workout.
My goal is to lose at 2lbs a week which would bring me only 12lbs away from my goal if I lose more AWESOME but as long as I get close to my goal weight by Summit Ill be happy, I want to be back in my bikini from 09 and I will move heaven and earth to get there, the hardest thing is to get going but once you do its a piece of cake, thats 1 of the MAIN reasons I like working out at home, cuz I know if I had to get in my car to drive to the gym I would not make it there most days, working out at home allows me to workout 5 to 6 times a week on my time and its awesome.
Seeing REAL results helps me stay motivated and push play everyday, having people in my life that believe in me and support me helps me push play everyday, being a beachbody coach helps me press play everyday, the best decision I ever made was to become a BB a coach it keeps accountable, it keeps me motivated, it keeps me inspired by helping others achieve their goals and it keeps me focused on what I have to do everyday to SUCCEED. Like they say in BB DECIDE, COMMIT, SUCCEED.

Over the summer of 2009 my doctors put me on harmones to try to control my Endometriosis, the only thing it did was make me gain over 40lbs, on March 15th 2010, I decided to change my life and I started on my Fitness Journey! Week 3 day 3 DONE
WOW I know Im gonna be sore tomorrow, lol but IT HURTS SOOOO GOOD, hahaha, I can see see my body getting smaller and Im starting to see the definition in my ABS again, that is so exciting. I had to skip yesterdays workout cuz I got a really bad nosebleed followed by a terrible migraine so I pushed hard today. And you know you worked out HARD when you feel nauseous after your workout, lol.
Cle is an amazing workout in 3 weeks I have totally gotten stronger Im getting through the workouts easier now, still not a piece of cake but definitely getting better. And I can see more definition in my body, CLE ROCKS!!! Today was week 1 day 3 of HHA, I did Ab Sculpt and WOW can I feel my ABS burning right now. Ill be honest its so much fun I didnt think it would really work my ABS but IT DOES, and without doing a single crunch on the floor, that ROCKS!!!
Week 3 day 3 is DONE week 3 day 4 HERE I COME!!!

Week 3 day 2 DONE
I got sunburned on Sunday at a Carnival and I did not feel like working out yesterday but I did, Chalene Johnson says that when you do not feel like working out to give it 5 mins, if you still do not want to workout stop but most of the time you will continue and she is so right cuz I did workout even though I did not feel like it at first. Im glad I workout at home cuz if I had to go to a gym I would not have worked out thats for sure and today was the same thing, this sunburn is killing me and has me achy all over I was not in the mood to workout when I got home, but I did what Chalene says I pressed play and 5 minutes into it I was ALL into it and did both my workouts.
Today was week 1 day 2 of Hip Hop Abs, Fat Burning Cardio and week 3 day 2 of ChaLean Extreme Burn Intervals and wooo what a workout. I love that I am getting stronger I can get through burn intervals triceps behind the head without stopping now, I couldn't do that before. I can see my body shrinking and I can feel my body getting stronger. I am changing me 1 day at time 1 workout at a time and Im psyched. My motto this time around is NO EXCUSES I have a goal in mind and the only thing that can stop me from reaching my goals is me and I intend to NOT let ME stand in my way, like Confucius says "Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall." It doesn't matter how many times you fall only that you get back up again.

2 Weeks of CLE DONE...
WOW 2 weeks of CLE DONE, I can see my body changing and I can feel the difference to Im stronger, leaner and I feel great. And now with adding HHA to the mix Im going to reach my goals even faster. I'm loving CLE and HHA, Chalene Johnson and Shaun T are awesome and they are kicking my ass big time but Im loving every minute.
My goal is to get down to 145lbs and a size 7-8 again by the end of the year but I would like to be as close to to it as possible by June for the Beachbody Summit in California. I want to treat myself to a new bikini, getting my belly button pierced again and when I reach my goal weight Im getting another tattoo.

Having a LOVE/HATE relationship with Chalene right now...
Having a LOVE/HATE relationship with Chalene right now, lol, Im on week 2 of CLE although really Im on week 4 cuz I restarted after 2 weeks to workout with my BFF and I can totally see the definition in my muscles, my body is looking leaner, Im feeling stronger and Im sooooo psyched.
During the workouts Im calling Chalene all kinds of things but when Im done and I look in the mirror I love her, CLE works period. Thanks to CLE and Shakeology and soon to add HHA I will be at my goal or as close to it by my Bday in July. I turn 41 and I want to be back down to 145lbs, my goal is to be at least 160 by my bday and 145 by the end of the year, I know that with hard work its totally possible and I will not quit until I reach my goal!

Week 2 day 1 DONE
WOOT, WOOT, CLE is kicking my ASS but OMG I can see and feel the difference today was week 2 day 1 Burn Circuit 1 and I can feel myself getting stronger with each workout, LOVING it. CLE is an amazing program, and 1 that is quickly become my fave, thank you Chalene Johnson.
14 weeks until I go to Cali for the Beachbody Summit and I want to be as close to my goal as possible, 1 day at time, 1 workout at time, I WILL reach my goals, 50lbs by my Bday or as close to it as I can get. LETS DO THIS!!

Really love this quote, cuz its so true, the only way to succeed is to stick to it. I re-started ChaLean Extreme this Monday and so far so good, I have worked out everyday and today I ordered Hip Hop Abs to work my Abs more, I have an old coccyx fracture that makes it hard for me to workout my abs on the floor. I figured I can add Hip Hop Abs to CLE to complete my workout program, my goal is to be as close to 150lbs by June as possible. So far Im down 2lbs, in 2 weeks, I have another 28lbs to go, Im ready to take on this challenge, with CLE, HHA and Shakeology Im confident I can reach my goals.
