Tomorrow I will start ChaLean Extreme over again from day 1, my BFF wants to do it too. In 2 weeks that I have been doing the program, I have already seen results, I lost 2lbs, 8inches and I can see more definition in my body. CLE ROCKS!!!
CLE is a strength training 12 week program, that includes cardio, although the schedule starts on Mon with Tues and Sun off I am moving my Sat workout to Tues so that I can have my weekends off, here is what my schedule looks like:
Phase 1 - Burn Phase – 30 Days
Day 1 - Burn Circuit 1
Day 2 - Burn Intervals/Ab Burner
Day 3 - Burn Circuit 2
Day 4 - Burn It Off/Recharge
Day 5 - Burn Circuit 3
Day 6 - Rest Day
Day 7 - Rest Day
Repeat for 3 more weeks for a total of 28 days.
Day 29 - Burn It Off/Recharge
Day 30 – Rest Day
Phase 2 – Push Phase – 30 Days
Day 31- Push Circuit 1
Day 32- Burn Intervals/Ab Burner
Day 33- Push Circuit 2
Day 34- Burn It Off/Recharge
Day 35- Push Circuit 3
Day 36- Rest Day
Day 37- Rest Day
Repeat for 3 more weeks for a total of 28 Days.
During the last two weeks, switch from Ab Burner to Extreme Abs after Burn Intervals.
Day 59 - Burn It Off/Recharge
Day 60 – Rest Day
Phase 3 – Lean Phase – 30 days
Day 31- Lean Circuit 1
Day 32- Burn Intervals/Extreme Abs
Day 33- Lean Circuit 2
Day 34- Burn It Off/Recharge
Day 35- Lean Circuit 3
Day 36- Rest Day
Day 37- Rest Day
Repeat for 3 more weeks for a total of 28 Days.
Day 89 – Burn It Off/Recharge
Day 90 – Rest Day
